Ulsan 1-1 Pohang (11,522) U: Carlos P: Ittamar
Gwangju 0-0 Chunnam (2,734) Daejeon 2-0 Daegu (9,057) D: Alison, Leandro Incheon 0-1 Seongnam (7,045) S: Feijao
Table Seongnam 8pts (+2) {4 games} Pohang 7 (+2) {3} Daejeon 7 (+2) {4} Daegu 6 (-1) {4} Ulsan 5 (+2) {3} Bucheon 4 {3} Suwon 3 (+1) {1} Cheonbuk 3 {3} Incheon 3 (-1) {3} Chunnam 2 (-2) {4} Gwangju 2 (-3) {4} Busan 1 {1} FC Seoul 1 (-2) {3}
--------------------
Ittamar grabbed Pohang's goal in the fourth minute of injury time, a nice wee free kick that went in just after the Suwon game finished.
Interesting that all the goals look to have been scored by foreign players - I don't recall that happening too often with four or more matches being played at the same time.

FC Seoul...haha!!
It would be good if they were the first team to get punted into K-2. Think they would change the rules??

They would play rock, scissors, paper with the K2 team, best of however many until they won. Mind you, with Samsung running things they might be quite happy for LG to get the boot.

not sure you can get relegated by your form in a pre season tournamnet.

not sure you can get relegated by your form in a pre season tournamnet. Can't get relegated in a season when there's no relegation either but a man can dream. My general point was whether the K-league would let one of their 'big teams' take the drop.

The talent (in terms of Korean players) is reasonably spread across the board in Korea so it wouldn't surprise me for it to be a bit topsy turvy once relegation starts up. Though the company teams would have plenty of egg on their face if they ever got shunted down to division 2.

I'm sure SK would never live it down.

What they'll probably do is dump their team and buy another one that's in the top flight

If Suwon ever got relegated, i wonder how many Sojus Hojo would be drinking... As long as Samsung are sponsoring the league that's just not going to be an issue...
