Think we might have done this already on the Busan board, but anyway...
Ahmed Elrich - Australia (9 or 10 caps) Gabriel Popescu - Romania (21 caps) Paulo Roberto Rink - Germany (13 caps) Andrei Solomatin - Russia (13 caps) Denis Laktionov - Russia (at least one...) Goran Petreski - Macedonia (dunno how many) Masakiyo Maezono - Japan (dunno how many) Cheik Oumar Dabo - Mali (African Nations Cup, I think) Artem Yashkin - Ukraine (dunno how many) Josip Simic - Croatia (dunno how many) Ivan Testemitanu - Moldova (dunno how many)
I think that's it out of the current players.
Elrich is the only current international... Paulo Roberto Rink's caps for Germany are quite decent considering he played for them as reigning champions at Euro 2000. Gabriel Popescu is the only one to have played at the World Cup, in France 98 (where played in all four Romanian games).
Denis Laktionov's Russian cap/caps is/are pretty impressive though as he earned his call-up entirely on what he did in the K-League - he came to Korea when he was 18 so apart from about a year in the Russian 2nd division then he's spent his entire career in the K-League.

He was a bit of a star for them before he found booze, night clubs and hamburgers. Like most of us I guess
