Go to Hongdae.
The last friday night of every month is club night. Something like 12 clubs for 15,000 won or less maybe.
thousands of people out for it usually.
So november 26th will be the next one. Then some time around new years for the last one. though I imagine it will be too busy then. Fighting to get down the stairs, fighting to get drinks, fighting to get to the dancefloor and then fighting to leave and fighting somebody outside.
It's the trendy clubbing area of Seoul so is usually busy enough on friday and saturday nights. i don't go much anymore as I'm too lazy but it's a pretty happening scene.

Yeah, depends what you're after though really. Hongdae has the best regular club scene in Korea. For trashy meatmarkets then you can't beat Limelight and/or Spy in Itaewon... and then there's places like King Club and UN Club which are just an absolute joke (but still strangely appealing at 4am, perhaps on account of the fact they have cheap beer on sale). Places like Juliana and Volta in Gangnam will cater to your "booking" desires... Apkujeong is another favourite venue for such places, and I believe Mool (on the banks of the Han, near Sinsa station I think) is quite popular. But I'm not allowed out to play very often these days
