That's the date pencilled in for the trapdoor to open up in the K-league to send Bucheon tumbling into K2 So what will we be looking at then? The plan was to have 16 sides in the league by that time: Bucheon SK Busan Apartments Cheonbuk Motors Chunnam Dragons Daegu FC Daejeon Citizen FC Seoul Gwangju Sangmu Incheon United Pohang Steelers Seongnam Chunma Suwon Bluewings Ulsan Horang-i Seoul UnitedAnyang CitizenThen any one of Jeju FC, Cheonan FC, Guri FC or SomeOneElse FC to be the 16th club. The K2 league needs a fair amount of money pumped into it otherwise Goyang and Ulsan will be the only teams battling out for promotion to the K-league...

Nah I heard they will just move both stadiums at Bundang and put them in Anyang river. Then we will have three identical stadiums and nobody will know which one we are using for todays game.

so how serious is this Anyang Citizen thing? Because I WANT A TRUE GWANGJU CLUB!! A city like Gwangju, 5th biggest city in the nation, and average attendance for Sangmu matches are what? 3,000? it's a disgrace... And we really need some clubs in the northeast region. But yeah, it looks interesting. But i'll be shocked if Suwon ever gets relegated...(Holyjoe would be crying then)

I think a team in Anyang is looking like adecent prospect. It's a simple matter of getting financial backing from somebody not currently involved like Daewoo or KTF or whoever. When I say financial backing I mean sponsorship as opposed to ownership. I know they would love to jump stright into the top flight but it would still be cool if they went into the K2League and tried to work their way up fair and square as suggested in the Seoul United thread. But Anyang has GOT to build a football specific stadium somewhere that seats 25,000. I can't see it happening as it's basically like asking somebody for a whole lot of money and telling them they'll never get any of it back and in fact you'll be needing more regularly for the next 30 years. But I won't be here so why do I give sh*t?
