Stories seem to suggest that a team funded by Busan City Hall will be created - I think it's part of some big sports push by the city as they'll create and fund a football club, women's handball team and taekwondo team. There's also (potentially) talk of "Hyundai I'cons", an I'cons 2nd team, being formed to play in the K2 league... but I don't really understand that too much so let's skip over it

what they said: -you can use the Asiad for free -we'll promote the team -we'll sponsor your shirt -if you don't like asiad, you can go back to gudeok what they did: -force I'cons to pay extravagant fees for Asiad rental -completly ignored and avoided city-sponsored publicity -after the shirts were printed, refused to give any money for it, instead offering a "discount" on the rental of asiad, upon an inflated rental fee, naturally. -when I'cons suggested moving back to gudeok because of poor atendance, city hell promised lawsuits and retribution. I'cons suggested moving to Seoul. city hall offered an additional "discount" on the rental. end result: Icon's gave valuable shirt advertising to "Dynamic Busan", and in return recieved.... absolutely nothing. sweet deal, huh? Now the city government plans to start it's own team? I guess that means we can go back to Asiad! or maybe move to kwangju

So let me get this straight..... twice the I'cons agreed a sponsorship deal with City Hall, only for the government to back out? Or just once? Perhaps they should have waited until the money came in.... another "ITV Digital" scenario, acting before seeing a penny. That said, Busan City Hall are indeed full of bankers. Especially since they chose "Dynamic Busan" over my "Aqua Busan" city slogan. ;D
