what a joke that transfer was. another example (if we needed one) that money will only rest when it has ruined the game completly.

That fatboy, didn't he humped some 55 year old prostitute few weeks ago? And his girlfriend is gorgeous too...
Rooney is overrated. He's got more bookings than goals scored in club football. And being in Man U, he's not going to have as much playing time as he would in some other club, therefore, me thinks his progression won't improve much.

even if we are third in the league, this is a hard day for evertonians. wayne- why ?
you could have been the greatest with us.
now you play in a stadium where they sing anti scouser songs.
you really could have been the next dixie.
lost youth and sold souls apply within (old trafford, manchester)
wayne you gae sae kki
come on everton- prove every last motherf*cker wrong.

Hattrick on the first attempt. Not worth the money eh? ;D To be fair though, with the kind of service that the Manchester United midfield can deliver, even former Busan goal machine Gaucho might have got a hat-trick on his Manchester United debut on Tuesday night... Or maybe not.

i'm stuffed if I know, but how many hattricks did Rooney get for everton? i think what my evertonian challanged co-poster (chair) is trying to get at is what a shame that a player who had posters in his bedroom window of said blues and revealed a t shirt after scoring his first goal saying 'once a blue always a blue' was so quickly turned by his agent against the club he loved. and for evertonians i suppose losing the worlds best 18 year old and a mad everton fan 'from the terraces' makes the soul of the game that little bit more stained.

Yeah but how many players play out their entire careers for one club in this day and age when they can get a lot more money from another team? There are a few players who stick with one club but removing the ones who are too rubbish to be wanted by anybody else and then removing the ones who get offered good deals by their existing club then I doubt it leave many left. Rooney is a youngin and I reckon in 150-200 years the fans of Everton will have forgotten all about it.
